    • Hi Theja,
We have very rigid education system. Many of our institutions does not allow cross disciplinary studies. In that context, it may not possible to do Ph.D in Engineering with M.Sc. background.
You can opt for admission in abroad (USA / Europe) as they are liberal in this aspect.
      All the best.

I am very much interested in doing research. But i need to support my family also financially. So full time is not an option for me. Please suggest as to how i can fulfil my dream of doing research…Please reply

    • Yes, you can do part time research from HCU. But the selection process is same as it is for the regular students. You may need to mention about that at the time of application and interviews. The HCU is likely to release the admission notification 2013-14 much early than the usual schedule.
      All the best!
