Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should have Graduation in any discipline / stream with minimum 50 percent marks. They should have excellent communication skills. Duration of the course is two years. The course will start from July 2011. Short listed candidates will be called for written test and interview. Candidates have to appear for BMA Aptitude Test. This would test the candidate’s skills in the areas of Verbal Ability and Reasoning, Quantitative skills, Comprehension, Data Interpretation and the Management Skills like decision-making and working under pressure conditions.
