SSN School of Advanced Software Engineering (SASE) has issued notification for admission to MSIT Degree withe specialisation in Software Engineering. The course is offered in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), USA. SSN SASE is founded by Dr. Shiv Nadar, Chairman of HCL Technologies, one of the leading software services companies in India. The MSIT (Software Engineering) is fully residential programme and duration is one and half years. Best teaching practices, course meterials and methodology will be followed in the course. Eligiblity: Applicants should be Graduate or Post Graduate in engineering or MCA with at least 70 percent marks. They should have valid GRE score and and valid TOEFL score by February 2011. Candidates with Industrial experience will be preferred. Those in the final semester of their qualifying examination can also apply. Selection of the candidates will be based on academic performance, TOEFL and GRE scores, critical essay, recommendation letters, work experience etc. All the eligible candidates will be invited for Interviews by SSN SASE faculty. Short listed candidates will be called for a joint interview in Chennai conducted by faculty of SSN SASE and Carnegie Mellon University. All the successfully admitted candidates will be offered a letter of admission by CMU.
