RGIPT-MBA Petroleum and Energy Management Admissions 2012

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh has announced notification for admission into MBA in Petroleum and Energy Management for the year 2012-13. Duration of the course is two years. RGIPT is a specialised institute for training in petroleum and energy management and functioning under the ministry of petroleum, Govt. of India. Following are details of eligibility, selection and application procedure:

Applicants should have minimum 60 percent marks in aggregate (55 percent for SC / ST candidates) in 10th Class, 12th Class. Candidates have to attach copies of passing certificates and mark sheets to the Application Receipt. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering / Technology (4 years duration course after 10+2 qualification) with at least 65 percent marks can also apply. Candidates with valid scores in CAT 2011 or GMAT (After June 2011) are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria: The interested candidates must have B.Tech / B.E with minimum 65 percent marks. Candidates should have studied mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level. Minimum 2 years of experience is required apart from CAT or GMAT scores. Short listed candidates will be called for GD and Interviews. There are some seats for company sponsored candidates.
