    • Alka Prasad, NEET will certainly reduce burden on students. There are still demands for exemptions from NEET from states like Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh on the grounds of variations in syllabus.

    • Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra are asking for exemption from NEET till they change their curriculum in 10+2. Though there may be some bias towards CBSE syllabus as like in IIT JEE, Medical Council of India may consider common syllabus for preparing question paper of NEET. Students those studying in state board colleges have to put extra efforts to crack NEET.
