Karnataka State Womens University (KSWU), Vijayapura, Karnataka has issued notification for admission into Ph.D programme in various disciplines / subjects for the academic year 2016-17.
Disciplines / Subjects: Kannada, English, Women Studies, Economics, Sociology, Social Work, Journalism and Mass Communication, Library and Information Science, Bioinformatics, Electronics Computer Science, Management, Physical Education.
Duration of the course is four years. Candidates should have passed Masters degree in concerned subject with at least 55 percent marks.
Selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in written examination and personal interviews. Interested candidates can apply offline. Last date for the submission of applications is 17 December 2015. Written examination will be held on 7 January 2015.
