Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release results of Class X and Class XII (+ 2 / Plus 2) on May 16th and May 23rd 2011 respectively. CBSE authorities appears to have done the evaluation work much faster than it used to be earlier. According the official note displayed on CBSE website http://cbseresults.nic.in/ , results of the Class XII examinations conducted during April 2011 by the board are likely to be announced on May 23.
It is estimated that about a total of 7,69,929 candidates appeared for the Class XII CBSE board examinations in 2011. The results may also available on http://cbse.examresults.net. along with schools9.com / results.icbse.com / www.cbseguess.com/results/ etc.
Results of the Class X examinations 2011 of CBSE along with results of the candidates who opted for CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) will be released on 16th May 2011. About 10,61,566 students appeared for the CBSE Class X examinations in 2011. Out of these, more than six lakh students opted for the CCE, the school based evaluation method.
