AIEEE 2011-Weightage for Maths, Chemistry, Physics in AIEEE 2010, 2009, 2008

AIEEE is the most popular examination in India after IIT JEE for admission to premier engineering institutes such as NITs, IIITs, Deemed Universities, Autonomous Colleges along with reputed private and corporate professional institutes. Usually more than 7-8 lakhs candidates compete for this examination. AIEEE 2011 is going to be held on 1st May 2011.     How the state rank is considered at the time of allotment of seat.
    For any IIT are they considering only All India Ranking.

    My son's All India Ranking is 113000 and Home state( Karnataka) ranking

    is 2250 Overall and 1780 Category.

    Please clarify about seat selection and allotment process for NIT suratkal
